WORKSHOP – Project “Voluntary fire departments, active social actors”

Within the project “Voluntary fire departments, active social actors”, financially supported by Civica Mobilitas from the program Small Grants CM-MAK-02, on 17.07.2021 in the Municipality of Sveti Nikole was held a workshop which submitted an initiative to establish a Network of voluntary fire departments, in order to organize representation before the competent state institutions in order to achieve the positive legal regulations in the field of firefighting, which are aimed at their smooth, effective, efficient and quality functioning and execution of their goals and tasks. The workshop was attended by VFD Gorici Operativa – Konce, VFD Derven – Prilep, VFD Sasko Geshovski – Kavadarci, VFD Novaci – Novaci, VFD Archangel – Bitola, VFD Phoenix – Bitola, VFD Bajram Miftari – Chair and VFD Dojran – Dojran. All present voluntary fire departments signed a Declaration and a Memorandum of Cooperation for the establishment of the VFD Network.
